Balamku is a new concept of hotel in the Costa Maya region, one of Mexico's hidden treasures.

Balamku means home of the jaguar. This magnificent animal was sacred to the Mayans as it was the bearer of the sun during its nightly journey through the underworld. Preserving myths and culture is as important to us as preserving nature.

Rates per Palapa (US dollars) includes taxes (12%), full breakfast, and use of kayaks.

Confirmation:
A deposit of $100 is required for confirmation. The remainder is payable on arrival.

Cancellation policy:
60 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee per room - less than 60 days, your full deposit will be charged.
If, during your stay here, you need to leave earlier than your reservation departure date, we require one day notice. Your refund will be 50% of the remaining days unless there are unusual circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE: For the 2 weeks before and after Christmas and Easter weekend, our Cancellation Policy is 90 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less $100 per room and if less than 90 days, your full deposit will be charged. As these times of the year are extremely popular, please try to reserve early and for more than 5 days.
