Stay in the middle of history
The light and harmonically decorated rooms are situated in the former main house from 1729. The atmosphere of the building, the antique furniture and old paintings recalls a time where so many dramatic events of Danish history happened in this part of the country. And at the same time it leaves you in a relaxing mood of good old times – still with the modern comfort. All rooms have private bathroom.

About Us
The historical Ballebro Ferry Inn is managed by the couple Tina and Peter Philipp and is characterized by a special and romantic atmosphere combining fine dining with a cheerfull and friendly hospitality.

Eleven smaller and lovely rooms, the restaurant holding about 35 people and at the same time a beautiful banquet room holding 149 guests.

The Ferry Inn is owned by Hans Michael Jebsen, who is behind several beautifully restored buildings in South Jutland.

Please find us situated between the two provincial towns of Aabenraa and Soenderborg in South Jutland.
