Mel and Jimmie Koch are the proud owners of the Cutty Sark efficiency motel which has been family owned and operated for over 34 years. The motel provides 14 efficiencies with the flair of the 70s and their original furniture. In addition 13 cottages are offered on a weekly basis.

Their daughter, Darlene, is the innkeeper for the Cutty Sark which is located at the exclusive northend of the boardwalk in the resort area. Shopping and fine dining are but a short stroll away. Across the street from the ocean, the Cutty Sark offers a wonderful view of the beach from the private balcony.

Each unit is a fully equipped efficiency with dinette. Everything a family of four needs for light cooking. Each has color cable television with HBO and air conditioning. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use. The heated pool is equipped with a jacuzzi bench.

The Cutty Sark is small in size (only 14 units in the motel) but big on hospitality, the large percentage of repeat guests testifies to this. Expect alot for a little.

<<< Beach cottage apartments are also available for weekly rentals. The one, two or three bedroom cottages have full kitchens and some offer ocean view. BBQ grills and picnic tables are available for the family cookout after a day on the beach.
