CANCELLATION POLICY:
Rates are in US$ per night and per casita based on double occupancy for the 1-bedroom casita and quad occupancy for the 2-bedroom casita.

Extra person charge is $15.00 per night, up to 4 persons maximum in a 1-bedroom, 6 persons maximum in a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom Casita

Our Reservations Policy
A deposit of 25%, or one night –whichever is greater– is required to take a reservation. We recommend making reservations well in advance. You may call, email or fax to authorize a credit card transaction for deposit; please confirm card#, expiration date, name as it appears on card, amount to be charged and the security code on the back of the card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Euro card, American Express and Discover. Your credit card must be valid for your booking dates. Payment by bank check (please send by registered airmail), swift transfer is also possible. In this case please contact us for account details. This deposit will be credited to your account when it is received. The balance due on your reservation may be paid at any time during your stay with us.

Our Cancellations Policy
If your reservation is cancelled 60 or more days prior to scheduled arrival date, your deposit, minus 10% (of the deposit) for administration charges, will be refunded. Cancellations between 60 and 14 days prior to arrival lead to forfeiture of complete deposit. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, and no-shows, incur a 100% cancellation penalty (all room nights charged including tax).

Because we are very strict with our cancellation policy under all circumstances, we highly recommend getting travel insurance to protect you in the case it becomes necessary to cancel at the last minute.
