The hotel is situated on a peninsula in an area of natural beauty, Dragsvik in Balestrand by the Sognefjord. Dragsvik Fjord Hotel is a family hotel with a homely atmosphere and personal service.

In 1953 the Farnes family built a small boarding house on farmland. Today’s hosts, who are the third generation of the Farnes family, wish to preserve the intimate and cosy feel of the hotel as this is what the hotel has become known for.

The hotel is beautifully situated beside the Sognefjord in the vast nature of Western Norway. On idyllic stretches of the fjord encircled by steep mountains you can try fishing or go on awe-inspiring walks.
