These self-catering apartments and studios are above and behind the village of Agia Efimia in Kefalonia some 250 meters (5 minutes) walk from the seafront. Their slightly elevated position allows for dramatic views of the surrounding valley and across the village rooftops the open sea towards Ithaca.
The apartments & studios are housed in two buildings and are a mix of 1-bedroom apartments, large studios and annexe studios. All apartments & studios are well furnished and possess an open-plan kitchenette with mini-oven and fridge, a multi-channel television system, air-conditioning, a luxurious bathroom with hip-bath as well as shower and a spacious terrace or balcony with panoramic views.
The apartments in the main building enjoy the comfort of a bedroom, a separate spacious living room area with comfortable couches, a kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with hip-bath & shower and a spacious balcony with panoramic sea & valley views. The couch (sofa-bed) in the living room area can easily be converted into a double bed which can comfortably accommodate two children or an adult.
