An elegant Queen Ann Victorian built c.1894 is located in the middle of the quaint village of Skaneateles and right across the street from the lake. My guests enjoy a gourmet breakfast surrounded by antiques and oriental rugs; or just sitting in the wicker rockers on the wrap around porch while watching the sailboats ply the lake. All the shops and restaurants are within a one block walk.

There are three guest rooms, one king and two queens, all with attached baths and all have a view of the lake and the village. There is central air conditioning, cable TV and DVD in each room as well as complimentary high speed internet both wireless and wired. Attention to detail is everywhere from the finest luxurious linens to fresh flowers in each room during the seasons when our gardens are in bloom.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and for a fee.
