With the Lifetime-Membership you only pay the one-time membership fee of US$ 950 — nothing extra.
Q: How do guests find my property?
A: Our name says it all and stands for itself. Travelers search and compare rates on Booking-Direct. When your direct rate stands out as the best, they’re guided to book directly on your website. You’ll also gain traffic through link exchanges with other participating properties, word of mouth driven by consistently better direct rates (thanks to cutting out the middlemen), frequent newsletters to hundreds of thousands of potential guests, and worldwide exposure across the platform, social media, sales agents, and affiliate programs.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes. There are no contracts or long-term obligations. Cancel your membership whenever you choose.
Q: Am I allowed to place the Booking-Direct logo on my website?
A: Yes—since June 1, 2026 new properties are required to display the Booking-Direct logo on their website. This ensures guests clearly see that they can access better rates, exclusive offers, and more flexible service when booking directly, rather than through commission-based OTAs. In addition it creates and guarantees more direct bookings for each participating property.
Q: How is this different from an OTA?
A: Unlike OTAs, Booking-Direct does not take commission. We connect travelers directly to your own site — you keep 100% of the revenue.
Q: Can I pay in a different currency?
A: Yes - you can pay in many different currencies (USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, CHF, and many others).
Q: How can I list my property on Booking-Direct?
A: Simply list your property using the membership and payment link below, or email us if you prefer to proceed another way. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we’ll send you the payment details. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive access to add your property information, links, and images—and you can update them at any time.
